How The Body-Mind-Spirit is Ever Your Wholistic Architecture for Success

“I take that you, like me, have since the early days of our journeys of human life, been introduced countless times to the adage ‘Knowledge Is Power’.  Have you gotten anywhere to near the bottom of what it truly means?  I believe I have, and my idea of what it means is that the more you understand and know about any subject matter of interest the better placed you are to make success.  The latter, surely, is amongst your top things to get in life, however you envision it.  Perhaps even more importantly, the understanding I gained through this adage is not only that the power of knowledge gives you leverage to create the future you desire, but also that to get to your success you need to comprehend yourself wholistically.  In other words, to get to real fulfilling success, it’s imperative that you understand the components or parts that makes up the whole human system that you are i.e. the body, the mind, and the spirit.  It is these three crucial components of the human system that if well understood, and can be effectively synergized, then you’ll be all good to go get your success.

How The Body-Mind-Spirit is Ever Your Wholistic Architecture for Success

Learning to put your human nature first

How often have you heard that a human being is comprised of three things: the body, the mind, and the spirit?  Probably more than you care to remember.  However, until you make much effort to truly understand what this means you will never get any closer to making the best out of your moment in life.  It seems logical that the best thing we could do for ourselves as people is to begin by seeking to deeply understand our being.  Not so though, as evidenced by the sights and sounds of modern humans, who are forever busy, and with little time to learn and master the art of living.  If you can only pause for a while and ponder deeply on the nature of the human architecture (i.e. body-mind-spirit) you will no doubt reconsider your earlier version of what life is.  The only missing link amid all of life’s struggles is that early understanding (genuinely) of the nature of the human system.  It’s not too late though to get back to basics and re-learn, repeatedly, until you feel your naturalness separating from your artificial inclination.

Take care of your vehicle to get the journey going the extra mile

A journey through personal development and real growth can allow you to comprehend your body as “your body” but not you.  You will realize that your body is more like your vehicle that facilitates your movements about, as you get in touch with the world or nature at large.  The reason I say that is because when you are gone your body remains static and motionless and eventually degrades back to it’s original minute natural particles.  Being your vehicle then it means you must take good care of it, just like your artificial set of wheels, so that it can last long and take you far.  The latter should be your lesson number one in getting back to basics.  You have got to acknowledge the component that is your body and take care of it separately if you wish to experience the best of your moment in life.

Nurture your command centre

The second critical lesson you need to comprehend is that ‘the mind’ is the central hub that initiates manifestation of your human desires.  So, ‘the mind’, when essentially fed, nurtured and grown through the process of education, becomes an effective command centre that determines where your body shall go and what it does.  It is a natural computer that requires to be always updated with information, so it stays up to date.  The same way that you regularly upgrade your artificial computer or mobile phone you must do the same with your natural computer.  This is what we ought to have learnt and mastered during early days, and what we must teach and impress upon the up-coming generation.

Who you are beyond the things

If a human being is made up of three aspects i.e. the body, the mind and the spirit, and the ‘you’ does not refer to your body or your mind, then you must be “the spirit”.  The latter commonly seems to be the less understood aspect of the human system.  This is not surprising at all, because far too many of us never take the time to learn about ourselves. Hence, we know very little about who we truly are, beyond the externals.  Most of us only comprehend ourselves relative to the outside world, usually dominated by artificial or man-made features e.g. “I am x, y or z……I come from the City of…..and I own this Car….etc. etc.”!   How is it that the most important pillar of the human system (i.e. Spirit), the real you, the power of God, is the less understood and yet it is the only link to your source as an individual?

P.S. If this post makes sense to you then I believe you have made much advance in your quest for self-mastery.  If on the other hand you cannot make any sense out of it, I hope for you to be inspired so you can begin to dig a little deeper within to try and understand what it really means that your wholistic human-self is an association of your body, mind, and spirit. Synergy between these three is the ultimate key to any form of success you can ever imagine.
