“You know, we didn’t just fall by mistake from some component of the cosmos.  You and I must believe that our presence here is the outcome of a well-thought and intentional act.  If you can learn to pay attention to the daily processes that maintains human life, you’ll notice that there’s always a slot for you to give value.  This is what, each day at daybreak, life expect you to do, or to ready yourself to do.  For this, you get rewarded with a sense of meaningfulness in your life.  A sense of meaning in life, if you can consider it thoughtfully, is the key to getting joy into your life. So, make it a habit to readily avail yourself into the equation of the natural process of life.  This way, you’ll progressively notice a drop in the overwhelm and stress load such as characterises modern human lifestyles”

 

5 Tips to Make Yourself Successful Each Day

 

Unbelievable as it may sound, given human lifestyles in the modern times seem the most challenging of any era, it is still however possible to manage a calm and successful daily engagement.  Here is how I mean:

 

 

1.      Recognise yourself in the equation of life!

 

If you can, begin your day by making conscious contact with your natural self.  That is, see yourself as a natural creation, and with a natural reason for being here in life, on Earth.  In other words, you are a significant component of the natural process of life, and you have a clear and specific role to play, each day. So, what role could that be for you, if you put your thought on it?

 

2.      See value in you and spot a need in life you can cater for!

 

Make effort to pick one or two tasks to accomplish for the day.  Begin by assessing your niche of human life activities.... where you are, such as, at home, work, community etc.  How could you possibly give value this day?  Think of anything useful and worthy you could do to utilize your natural abilities and power, in a positive way e.g. clean the house, sweep the yard, dress the kids, commit to your customers, respond tenaciously to requests, join a community clean-up campaign, or anything you see value in doing.

 

3.      Notice the impact you’ve made to ignite a sense of meaningfulness in your life!

 

Now, this is very important and life changing.  You must celebrate your daily accomplishment.  Do not let this pass unnoticed by you, even if others don't see it as anything deserving of such.  Ensure to make conscious contact with what you did and see that as your worth or value addition to life, and hence a way to authenticate your being.  Your worth or value-addition is a sign that you are meaningful to life, and as well that your life has meaning.  The latter is always the master key to unlocking a sense of joy in life.

 

4.      Reward yourself to celebrate your ability to accomplish a good deed!

 

Next, give yourself a pat on the back, smothered with a little reward of your choice, such as a nap, a walk, a cup of tea or ice-cream, some television time, social media etc., but only after accomplishing something for the day.  Never reward yourself for nothing.  Always ensure to attach a reward to some meaningful accomplishments.  The latter however do not need to be of any size, but only valuable and clearly purposeful.

 

5.      Make it all a habit!

 

Finally, you must resolve to make this a daily routine, so that it grows to become a habit.  Slowly, but surely, you'll create a whole lot of meaning in your life and generate a recurring sense of feeling good about your self-worth.  Ultimately, you'll begin to appreciate and love getting involved in work, and in turn opportunities for engagement will begin to show up in countless numbers.
