“There’s no doubt that you and I are always in a quest to get to success, however we envision it to be like.  Also unequivocal is the fact that we both have what it takes to get there.  The reason I say this is because, there’s no one ever, brought into life, who lacks in natural abilities to make what they want out of human life.   All humans, in their individual capacity, are naturally fully empowered to excel as they desire.  Our only downfall is when we give away the power within by proclaiming others to be better placed in making life happen for us.  You must believe that, even if it hasn’t happened yet for you, it’s not at all beyond you.  Wherever you are in life now is not the end of your journey.  You only arrived there because of the decisions you made and the choices you preferred.  No doubt you can allow yourself to change all that by setting in a new beginning, where you’ll be more actively and deeply engaged to determine the remaining course of your journey of life” 

 

5 Tips to Help You Get Set for a New Beginning

 

“Life is full of beginnings”, writes James Allen, from his best seller As a Man Thinketh, written over a century ago but still holds some great foundational and evergreen truths about personal management for effective living.  “They are presented every day and every hour to every person.  Most beginnings are small, and appear trivial and insignificant, but in reality, they are the most important things in life”. So, you and I have an opportunity to utilise any such beginnings to inject a new sense of drive, momentum, order, organisation etc., to get life happening for us as we would like it to be.  If not you or me, then who?  You know you can think great and promising thoughts about your future but still let yourself down by allowing others or procrastination tendencies etc., to dent your intentions. 

 

Beginning now, resolve to dig deep within and access your inner abilities for success, and put more effort to remaining on course till your good intentions become a reality.  Let this be a new beginning to a different approach or new habit of allowing yourself to proactively step up for you.  See this as a new dawn and a massive opportunity for getting you to the next stage of your journey of life.  Remember, you are natural and a bundle of endless power, which you hold the authority to choose how to utilize.  So, beginning now, get a stronger grip on this power and direct it to where you need it most, to create the future you desire. 

Affirm:

“Beginning now, I allow myself to step up and do whatever it takes to advance my life to the next stage”!

Depending on what you truly desire, essentially, your outlook for a greatly inspired and fulfilling life, you may be looking to start a life-enhancing programme.   Say, for example, you’ve been consistently bugged by this desire to run an annual savings challenge on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule, so that come the end of the year you’re in a well organised position to run necessary errands.  Similarly, you may be looking to start a new project, or make improvements on an existing one, whatever the nature of the project, a new beginning makes perfect timing to schedule your critical actionable items.  The main thing is to reach some point where there has been some major milestones or outcomes achieved to celebrate, as a mark for getting your life forward. 

 

Perhaps most importantly, in my view, the greater benefit you can ever get from a moment of a new beginning, is when you schedule the latter for your own development, growth, and improvement, in either personal or professional aspects.  This is so that as the journey of your life advances, you too, as an individual, can get better at being effective in that you need to do, including knowing what matters most, and ultimately yield better outcomes for a fulfilling life experience.  Just in case you feel inspired and eager to make some real difference in advancing your life, here’s some 5 tips to help you better organised, as you ponder over how to get set for a new beginning:


1. Show some intention

Beginning now, don’t just talk about it, instead get intentional and show some actionable gestures to get there.  Get clarity on what you want to achieve in life and create an outline of actionable items.  Whether you are the New Year Resolutions type or prefer, like me, to be purpose-driven and vision-led, the key variable here is to act on your intentions.

 

2. Allow yourself to forego past disappointments

 You know how many times we tend to get stuck on past bad experiences and use that as an excuse for any lack of advancement.  Beginning now, don’t indulge in any such past experiences, instead just feel the impact of it and acknowledge that it happened, then resolve to get going.

 

3. Embrace the new moment and start over

As the wise from yester-year have observed, it’s never too late to start again.  Just as the Sun repeatedly rises, despite several days of cloud cover over Earth, you too must continue with your journey, irrespective of any challenges.  Consider the beginning of a day, a week, a month, or year-long period, ahead of you, an opportunity to start over and try again, in a better and organised way.


 4. Set your Stage 1 of the new moment

You’ll never appreciate the possibility of advancing your life from one point to another if there’s no clear schedule of what you must do first and next.  Kick-start your journey in the new beginning by targeting the “first things” of your actionable items.


5.  Get louder with action

Yes, as wisdom teaches, action speaks louder than words, and hence to yield any desired outcomes, which you often talk about, it’s a must that you do the work needed to get you there.
